We work with local printing partners across the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand to ensure faster shipping and lower costs.
2. How long does shipping take?
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping Time (excluding production)
- United States (US): 4–6 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 4–5 business days
- Canada (CA): 4–5 business days
- Europe (EU): 4–6 business days
- Australia (AU): 5–6 business days
- New Zealand (NZ): 4–5 business days
International Shipping
- For all other countries, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on location and carrier.

- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

5. Are your products true to size?
Yes, our t-shirts and hoodies are standard US/EU sizing. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
6. How are your products made?
All items are printed and shipped on-demand through our trusted fulfillment partners, using eco-friendly inks and high-quality materials.
7. Are your designs exclusive?
Yes, all our designs are created exclusively for guitar lovers and are not available in regular stores.
8. Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely! A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days for items that arrive damaged or defective. Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind.
10. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We’ll help track it and offer a replacement if confirmed lost.
11. What if I order the wrong size?
Please double-check our size chart before ordering. If you receive the wrong size due to our mistake, we’ll replace it at no cost.
12. How should I wash my t-shirt/hoodie?
We recommend machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low for best results.
13. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since each item is made-to-order, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after purchase.
